Staff were helpful, not pushy or coercive. She gave us space to inspect and deliberate and answered all questions. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. Really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We bought a fabulous, superb quality, large solid oak dining table. Delivered very quickly (within 2 weeks of purchase). On close inspection, it had some very, very slight damage (hardly noticeable). We contacted the store, sent a photo, and within 4 days, we had another one delivered!

I have purchased one Holms Dining Table , one Arden 4 Door Buffet, and one Arden 4 Door Hutch. The qulity and services are very good. I placed order on Wednesday and gotten delivery on Saturday. It ‘s a nice experience. Today I have ordered one Copen 3-Seat Sofa and one unit of Madison Bookcase. Although there are no products available in stock, I am still happy to wait five months for this new deliverry.

Some of our orders delivered very quickly, within a week. And we cannot wait for another big dining furniture to be delivered in about 2 months.
