Oak is my family’s favourite furniture store! We’ve noticed their furniture is really high quality and raised our standards
when shopping in other stores. The customer service is exceptional. Eileen is always willing to help and provides information about each product.

We recently purchased a sofa from Oak and even during the delivery, the staff were professional and friendly. We’re looking forward to buying more pieces in the future 🙂

This is one of the best furniture shops, if not the best. Everything looks high quality. It is on a pricey side but totally worth the money. I also love that products are available almost immediately, unlike other stores that you have to wait months!

We bought few pieces of furniture from Oak furniture 5 years ago, and had another one last week. The quality is
premium as before. Annie in the shop again is great customer service and give lots of advise. The person came to
deliver the furniture very friendly, he took all the package rubbish and gave lots of tip how to take care the furniture!

I purchased furniture for my lounge, dining room and study. Some items were custom made and others ex stock. Every item arrived, very well packed, on time. The support from Patrick and the delivery team was absolutely outstanding. I have asked for one of the bookcases to be swapped with another display unit. Patrick was extremely accommodating with my request and has put that into motion

This is the second lot of furniture bought from Oak Furniture Collection, first being my bedroom furniture, that I bought 2 years ago. This is still in excellent condition.

Great quality furniture and classic design. The store manager Eileen is very welcoming and professional, offering us helpful advice during the whole process. Some of our orders delivered very quickly, within a week. And we cannot wait for another big dining furniture to be delivered in about 2 months.

We bought a fabulous, superb quality, large solid oak dining table. Delivered very quickly (within 2 weeks of purchase). On close inspection, it had some very, very slight damage (hardly noticeable). We contacted the store, sent a photo, and within 4 days, we had another one delivered!

I have purchased one Holms Dining Table , one Arden 4 Door Buffet, and one Arden 4 Door Hutch. The qulity and services are very good. I placed order on Wednesday and gotten delivery on Saturday. It ‘s a nice experience. Today I have ordered one Copen 3-Seat Sofa and one unit of Madison Bookcase. Although there are no products available in stock, I am still happy to wait five months for this new deliverry.

When I moved to a new house a few weeks ago, I visited Oak Castle Hill furniture shop. The high quality oak furniture and the professional service gave me a deep impression. The shop staff, especially shop manager, Eileen provided me with a lot of knowledgeable ideas. She is also very patient. I am very pleased with my new furniture. The furniture is very nice, smooth to the touch. There are high quality products with very nice advertising. Not to mention the customer service is splendid, makes my day.

Staff were helpful, not pushy or coercive. She gave us space to inspect and deliberate and answered all questions. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. Really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
